Do I need a GP referral to book a home visit? +

No, GP referrals are not necessary. You can book an assessment with us directly by filling out our online form or calling our clinicians directly. We operate as an independent private provider.

What should I wear for my home assessment? +

We recommend loose, comfortable clothing (such as shorts, tracksuits, or t-shirts) that allows your physiotherapist to easily view and access the joint or muscle area being evaluated (e.g. knees, shoulders, back).

How much space is needed in my home? +

Very little. A standard living room or bedroom with enough space for a treatment table (which your physiotherapist will bring if required) and a clear area for you to walk 5-10 feet is perfectly sufficient.

Are all of your therapists registered? +

Absolutely. Every physiotherapist on our team is fully UK-trained, carries active professional indemnity insurance, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
